This Post completes my 31 Days of May Challenge - So Now for the 3,000 Point Question!

Blogging ChallengeThis post completes My 31 Days of May Blogging Challenge!  Connie Harvey wrote a great featured post about the 31 Days of May Challenge - is it about the points?  In that post Connie points out numerous ways to exceed the 3,000 points on a monthly basis WITHOUT accepting a challenge

Since I've completed my 31 Days of May Challenge, now for the 3,000 points question -

  • Did I participate for the pointsNO, I did not. I accepted the 31 Days of May Challenge as a personal challenge to boost my business, get me out of a rut and so on.
  • Was it ever about the points?   NO.  I made a commitment to myself, my real estate business and to the 31 Days of May Challenge Group and I fulfilled my commitment.

multi taskingI post frequently but not always daily.  It was a challenge to keep me committed to the group, myself and my business but I did it!  I wrote it down in my business calendar and incorporated into my May planner and I stuck to it.  Whether its blogging, farming, expireds, etc.  you have to stick to the business plan you created.  Just like you won't get rich overnight no matter how many schemes you try, you won't find success in your business until you create your business plan and stick to it

The 3,000 points were just an added bonus

Gina, way to go on completing the challenge.  I have yet to post my blog for today, for the final day of the challenge.  I agree with you that I did challenge to challenge myself to post a blog daily.  I thought it would be a good kick in the pants for the start of summer.  Again, way to go!  --Krystal

Gina - well done in a long month. Just think, if you added all your posts together, you might be on the way to writing a book.

Gina, congratulations!  These challenges do tend to slow down time, and in my case had a bunch of pretty goofy blog topics.  I skipped this month.  Maybe I'll do the next one.

Congrats, Gina!  This one was a little harder for me, it's in season for us and my schedule is crazy -- but we did it, didn't we?

Congrats Gina!  I'm done too and along with Tish, this being our busy time makes for a hectic (albeit fun) challenge!  We did it!
