This post completes My 31 Days of May Blogging Challenge! Connie Harvey wrote a great featured post about the 31 Days of May Challenge - is it about the points? In that post Connie points out numerous ways to exceed the 3,000 points on a monthly basis WITHOUT accepting a challenge.
Since I've completed my 31 Days of May Challenge, now for the 3,000 points question -
- Did I participate for the points? NO, I did not. I accepted the 31 Days of May Challenge as a personal challenge to boost my business, get me out of a rut and so on.
- Was it ever about the points? NO. I made a commitment to myself, my real estate business and to the 31 Days of May Challenge Group and I fulfilled my commitment.
I post frequently but not always daily. It was a challenge to keep me committed to the group, myself and my business but I did it! I wrote it down in my business calendar and incorporated into my May planner and I stuck to it. Whether its blogging, farming, expireds, etc. you have to stick to the business plan you created. Just like you won't get rich overnight no matter how many schemes you try, you won't find success in your business until you create your business plan and stick to it.
The 3,000 points were just an added bonus!
