You freaked my freak!

My head is spinning! I've been reading so many blogs on Active Rain with tons of new ideas, tips and websites to visit that I get carried away and forget what I was really doing....

So it got me thinking about what's in a title? I read post cause of the titles.....they catch my eye and away I go. Is that what consumers do?

Are these titles that would appeal to you?

•· You freaked my freak! (evidently as you clicked and read this post whether you commented or not)

•· Use your Voice...be it Active Rain or another!

•· Austin Texas Advertising Art....cool!

•· Hidden "watering holes and eating joints" in Austin Texas!

•· Words of Wisdom from my parents.

I'd like to say I came to your post because of the title, but I like reading anything you post!

(and I also read your next article first!)

Who knows what draws someone in on any given day. Who knows what title will be appealing to all. Keep on posting and your Subscribe list will grow as will the comment section. Do you know what else will draw in the crowds? Those wonderful comments that you make on everyone elses blog - I love reading them!

Gwynn- Occasionally a headline will catch my eye and I will read it. But SO many times what gets me to reading a post by someone will be a comment they make. I read as much as I can fit into a the day of folks I subscribe to and occassionally just look for a fresh face. But it's not headlines that catch my eye. And I don't think it is for consumers either. I think a consumer might Google "lake sinclair cottage" and find my post and then read other things I have written, but I don't think consumers go to AR and read headlines. Just my thoughts...

Tammy: I treasure your thoughts and honesty. I'm working to blog more on Austin Texas so consumers can find "my personality and professionalism" in what I write. Thanks for your insight.

I write much more "personality" than real estate. But I also find that the folks that find me and choose to work with me after reading my blog are the fun customers.
