SOLDS IN FAIRFIELD FOR MAY 2011 (larger homes)

Resales in Fairfield are doing quite well this season! There were eleven Fairfield homes sold during the month of May that were in the > 2500 sq. ft. category. The highest price/sq. ft. in these larger homes was $99.10. The average days on the market for these Fairfield homes was 69 or about 7 weeks before receiving a contract.

69 days on market average is pretty good compared to some that I've seen on stats posts here on AR. Also I see that you are only 1 post and some comments away from reaching your 200,000 point plateau.

John, those butterflies (and hummingbirds) love that bottlebrush bush. And regarding the 69 days, yes, that is a nice number. The good ones go fast...the not-so-good, not-so-fast. There seems to be a larger supply of homes this summer...which is great for buyers but a greater challenge for sellers.
