Stone County & Table Rock Lake Real Estate Market Report for May 2011, according to the latest local mls' statistics, single family - built on site - home sales last month total was 31 homes. That is an increase of 8 over the previous month with the highest priced one selling for $569,000 and the lowest priced one selling for $29,900. That is a great improvement over last month with a medium price of about $130,000.
This is a much needed positive report for the Stone County & Table Rock Lake Area Real Estate Market.
There were 3 condos closed again last month, stable thus good news for the Table Rock Lake area Condo owners in Stone County, Missouri. They sold for $85,000, $62,000 & $60,000. Those are much lower numbers than the previous month but the same number of units shows a stable activity level.
