I thought this was a great quote and reminder of following through! Stacy writes great blogs and I particularly like her "Motivational Mondays", they are truly motivational and helpful. Thanks Stacy and keep em coming. So even though it's tuesday it is just as motivational. haha

This is one of the best quotes to start a Monday with! Alot of of agents, once they first get their license, have the misconception that "I have my license now, those fat commission checks are now going to start rolling in.." They come into this industry thinking that it is easy money! It's not!
Things do not come easy in this industry, especially in the market we are in. If you want things to happen for you in real estate you must have a plan, follow that plan everyday, and continue to add to your business everyday! Afterall, you got your license so you could go into business for yourself, so you didn't have to punch a clock and have someone give you orders on what you needed to do everyday, right? Getting your license will put you on the right track where the objective is to get out of the rat race and be able enjoy life, but if you are not doing anything to contribute, not putting that license to use, not prospecting, not meeting people and don't have a plan, you will not only get run over, you will get buried!
If you want to survive in this industry getting a plan together and putting it to action daily is mandatory! If you need help along the way, industry professionals are going to be more willing to help those on the move instead of those just sitting there!
