The great news is our clients are hearing is sold quickly and what a great thing to hear. Knowing how 60% of our client are under contract, we do our best to help them prepare early. You'll be glad you did. You can have a yard sale, donate it or even post your better items on Craigslist. 2. Sort through the attic too. 3. Be brutal, if you haven't used it, don't like it, get rid of it.
