Well, we started out the week in high temperatures of over 100 degrees for two days in a row! I, decided to put my winter clothes away, including those warm sweaters. Amazing how Chicago is, I believe, the only City in America that can be 105 degrees one day and drop down to 51 degrees the next day.

GRANT PARK - The Chicago Blues Festival is here! If you have not been to the Blues Festival here in Chicago, IL, you will be entertained with some serious music!
CHICAGO'S RIBFEST - It begins tonight at Chicago's North Center Neighborhood. It's located at the intersections of Irving Park Road, Lincoln and Damen Avenues.
The North Center Ribfest runs from tonight, June 10th and ends, Sunday, June 12th, 2011.
We are talking about some serious mouth watering bbq ribs with tons of music and just down to earth fun.
Bowmanville - Private Block Party between the 2100 and 2200 Blocks of Farragut. Heads up as that Street will be blocked all day tomorrow, Saturday, June 11th, 2011 for the festivities.
June 17th, 2011 - We have a movie at the Park here in Lincoln Square. Did you know about it? Chicago's very own Movies in the Park and "Despicable Me" will be playing at Winnemac Park (located at 5100 N. Leavitt). Just to make sure, because Chicago's weather has been a little crazy this week, you may want to check out the website.
