Currently the city library, the fire department, Walmart and the biggest park in Maricopa, Pacana Park are all located on this main road. Soon to come is the hospital. A couple of miles east off the main road, John Wayne Parkway (347) it is sometimes overlooked from the prospective buyer. Don't let a couple miles deter you from owning a newer home in a great area.
