A Ray of Hope

<!--StartFragment-->

For the first time in years owners can see a ray of hope. Our condominium prices have been dropping since late 2005.  Now there appears to be a ray of hope. The marked seems to have stabilized at least for now and we can see prices begin to rise slightly indicating we may have finally reached the bottom. This wee for the first time in three years our condo dropped below 1,000.  A few hours later it rose above 1,000. We expect this to oscillate for some time depending on what the National economy does.

We are working our way out of this downturn without any help from the Feds. In fact they have done every thing they can to destroy us but we have the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches.  Thanks to www.condosaletrends.com we run Polynomial Trend Lines on all the complexes so we will monitor the progress.

This is also a signal to potential Buyers. Now is the time to make your move if you want a piece of Paradise.

I'm so glad you are seeing a ray of hope and upswing.  Any upswing in this down market is welcome no matter how tiny.  Many of our seasonal buyers here in Western NC come from Florida to enjoy the mountains in the summer -- we miss them!
