What better way to spend a Sunday than to climb aboard vintage motor yachts? We walked to Bell Harbor Marina to enjoy the Classic Yacht Association's Rendezvous Celebration to view these fine wood hull designs and cast a vote for our favorite.
There were too many amazing vessels to fit into one post, so this 30 second clip is the elegant BELLE, a traditionally designed 50' bridgedeck cruiser.

Love the poster, it is so reminiscent of the 20's and 30's posters. We saw a 25million dollar yacht that was built in Seattle for sale. It was amazing to view it in all ist splendor. And we also saw some edgy old yachts, one actually looked like a classic Porsche, this was in Key Largo at Ocean Reef Club. A

Sondra~ The yachts we saw on the water this weekend only come out of their enclosed moorage in good weather for events. It was like visiting a floating museum exhibit. We had a grand time!
