Karen: Open House was good. One potential buyer for this house and 2 possible new clients, Yea! I don't have much luck with picking up clients - or at least I didn't used to!! Three clients in 2 weeks. And a buyer for another listing I had Open yesterday. And maybe a buyer for a third. It was a very good day! Thanks! ( four Open Houses: giving newer agents a chance to get their feet wet and giving my sellers the exposure we need). I literally worked the entire weekend - including 16 hours yesterday. It's all good!
