I am happy to be back in the pack. While my wife and I readily split up the work week up so that we both are not over exerting ourselves, we are pleased enough with our efficiency from a team perspective. Evan, Sonja, Karen, and the rest of the team are doing very well. Sonja is definitely the heavy on research, Evan with the zeal, and Karen has just become drop dead lights out selling homes in Maricopa.
So this is how we have it laid out. If you would like to learn the schematic of Team Realty Force, there is not much rocket science to it. I lead it, along with my wife Carey, and we are developing a culture of trust, perseverance, compassion, and fun. This is truly our guidance style. Now do I, do we, struggle with emotion, arrogance, and selfishness? Of course, for these are the opposing forces that every human struggles from within. But the difference is the contention with that struggle. Are we fighting to keep the greed monster or the ego monster from lurking it’s ugly head past our subconscious and into our every day process mechanisms or are we giving in and allowing it to be an affiliate and now accepted lifestyle?
This culture of willingness and winning-ness is growing and will spread.

Leadership is a component I greatly enjoy, but it is only through a willingness to follow others and to allow myself to be disciplined and trained by others where I have possibly gained a relative understanding of what it means to lead others. To inspire others, to encourage them, to coach them to greatness is something that is naturally at the forefront of my mind, and yet I stop here. Because I also struggle with Ego… and that, my friends, is where the discipline of natural events occur and remind me that I am just but a human.
