Crescent City is a Small Town, but a great place to live, buy and invest in real estate

Today in Crescent City, the weather was extremely nice, considering that we had just gotten our first rains of the season on Tuesday.  Today felt like it was summer!  Even my clients from out of town who came up to search for their future home in Crescent City thought that this weather was the nicest they have experienced during this time of year.

Well anyways, I was in the office today at Lucky Star Realty (on 1305 Northcrest Drive, Crescent City CA 95531) and a referral client came into the office.  She walked in and right away asked for my number 1 agent Wes White (he does excellent work by the way, serving his clients in their home buying process) and said that he had given her and her boyfriend a list of homes in Crescent City for sale before, but she had lost it and would like to have a new list.  Well I sat her down right away and printed up another list and called her agent Wes White right away to let him know that she was in the office and what was going on.

Well, this client also brought a friend along, and her friend happens to be another client of mine whom I have been in contact with for almost a year!  She had spoken with me several times and I have emailed her some listings before, but she was never really serious to the point of stepping inside our office.  So you can imagine my surprise and delight as I started helping them with their home search.  What a small town!! Small world after all.

Wow Lucky!  Thanx for the compliment of #1 AGENT!!  I really do try my best to meet and EXCEED everyone's expectations when meeting with clients.  If I hadn't done such a good job, she may never have returned to us.  Also, thanks for being in the office while I was at my Open House today.  Great Teamwork!

WOW!!1  quick question, why is Del Norte County a good place to invest.  When I went there is was a very depressed area.  It seems the only good employment was the prison.  How is the market there now?  Are there alot of forclosures? what do you invest in. I know I have a lot of questions but I do have some money I am looking to invest and I did not really see an opportunity there.  Let me know what I am missing I am sure would love to hear about it.
