More activity? Is it better? Here in the Mountain Home, Arkansas area we are seeing more activity. Normally this time of year things start to slow a bit...Spring was not normal by any means so I should not be surprised that summer would be out of the norm.
More activity? Is it better? Is it better? Meaning the Real Estate Market....seems to be Ultra Local. It seems that buyers are trying to force the issue as far as bargain hunting goes...We (Real Estate Agents) understand that they have been told for 3 years that it is a Buyers Market.
Sellers have adjusted for the most part, but I am starting to see a backlash from some sellers in that they know or feel that they know that buyers are going to LOW BALL them so they want to start a little higher than I am recommending. I explain that they are not doing themselves a favor by pricing higher and ask them to let me do my job and represent them the best way possible.
The answer in My Market is that more activity is better...Low offers are better than no offers....
