Phil Sandoval's, Mexican Restaurant, Huntsville Alabama 35806

Phil Sandoval's, Mexican Restaurant, Huntsville Alabama is a long time favorite of those living in the Madison and Huntsville Alabama area and even visitors coming here on business.  With great food, lots of atmosphere on the inside and patio dining for the cooler days Phil Sandoval's is sure to be a memorable experience.

I haven't quite got the timing right on when to stop in for lunch or dinner as the parking lot is always full, but usually the wait isn't very long and that's usually a good sign that Phil Sandoval's is doing something right.  Today I stopped in a 11:30 a.m. hoping it wouldn't be busy, but that wasn't the case as I think everyone there was thinking the same thing.  I've never been disappointed with my order and today was no different.  I ordered the lunch combo that gave me options to custom order...I had a cheese enchilada and taco with the customary beans and rice...very good...it's a working lunch so no Margarita.  Phil Sandoval's is close to my office located on University Dr. at:

When showing property in The Village of Providence or almost any where in Huntsville, Phil Sandoval's Mexican Restaurant is one Huntsville's best that I like to treat my clients to when we break for lunch.

I love good Mexican food and whenever I go out to Sedona, AZ for hiking, I have Mexican every night - I figure I've earned it after a 9 mile hike! I could devour that plate of food - I'm so hungry right now-lol.

Nick I guess Phil Sandoval does not believe in being tight with Portions, now that is a good size meal. It is 4pm and I have not had lunch yet now I have to stop and eat before I continue to Blog:)

Nick - It looks delicious. We have "La Fiesta" right down the road and they have a Mariachi band play there once a month. These guys used to play at Disney. It's pretty cool!
