I haven't quite got the timing right on when to stop in for lunch or dinner as the parking lot is always full, but usually the wait isn't very long and that's usually a good sign that Phil Sandoval's is doing something right. Today I stopped in a 11:30 a.m. hoping it wouldn't be busy, but that wasn't the case as I think everyone there was thinking the same thing. I've never been disappointed with my order and today was no different. I ordered the lunch combo that gave me options to custom order...I had a cheese enchilada and taco with the customary beans and rice...very good...it's a working lunch so no Margarita.
