Welcome Home New Aliso Viejo Residents

Short Sale Closed and Recorded on Friday, but we gave the Seller time to move out over the weekend before we got the key and started snapshots! Another great transaction, MINUS the HORRIBLE ESCROW OFFICE we used since it was the listing agents coordinator that asked if we could use them instead of ours............ BIG MISTAKE... (I will blog about that issue later....) But let's focus on the Fantastic NEWS!!! YAY! Another Happy Buyer!!! My clients are fabulous!!! I am really lucky to have such great clients. This transaction was a back-up offer and I kept calling to check status and I would even pop a text or an email, just to let the agent know we were still here and very interested still and we were not looking at any other offers! Communication is Key!

Thanks Gabe~ it was a good deal too...... They own another right down the street and it's pretty cool when you can pay cash and close in 5 days after approval. ;)

Thank you Mike! I think that that is the biggest issue in our business! lack of communication~ I make sure it is there no matter what and because of that I have been able to get new clients because others just never called them back.
