BOA Short Sale Stress is over !

A good ending !  A lot of stress !  Oh my !  If you have followed my BOA short sale I have an update.  After over 2 years and about 1.5 with an offer it is finally over.  Closed !  The unique thing was the seller was an American Indian, which boy they have lots of extra perks with a HUD FHA/Tribal loan.  HUD in Washington D. C.  it took them forever to approve the loan then give us 30 days to close.  The buyer hung with us and after finding out that I couldn't be with the buyer and seller I gave the buyer to another agent within our office.  I'm not sure at the moment it was worth the long agonizing time it took to get answers and movement forward.
