Ask where the money comes from. What grant and by whom? The MMAP is not paying people all over and the money is funded by the seller of the home. It is a way to pretend the buyer is purchasing a home for a particular price and they make the sale look better by pretending you receive a grant, even though the "given" by the seller. If the seller is giving the money why not just knock off the purchase price? Plus, they went belly up and this guy doesnt even work at the location above anymore. If your a buyer....watch your a@^$

As you can see this was posted by me... Ricardo Urias on 10/15/2007 01:54 PM, It was a brand new program at the time that was being offered to us! I went to the training and everything seemed to be on the up and up! So, if you have better ideas or programs please do everybody a favor and spread positive information with us!!!! Yes, i no longer work in the office, but still work a few deals from home!
