Mr. Esguerra has well over 30 years of civil engineering, land development, and construction inspection experience designing master planned communities and resorts, such as Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Marriot World Center in Orlando. We are so very fortunate to have this gentleman and his talents as part of our team. While it is recognized that Ernesto maintains all of that immense wealth of experience and talent, we enjoy his daring personality, sharp mind, sense of humor, and a humility that calls to us lesser humans to stop thinking we are better than we really are. I jest, no, I am serious. What we at Team Realty Force enjoy most about Ernesto is that he allows us to call him Charmin, because he is cute and squeezable like the toilet paper that Mr. Whipple made so famous in the late 70’s, early 80’s.

Ernesto had been travelling the world with his most significant lady/girl friend Sonja and their dog named Cole and they had arrived here in Arizona to enjoy a little of the snowbird life in January of this year. Well that is when they walked into an open house in Maricopa, Arizona and they met Carey Han and yours truly Marc Montgomery. I said to them, “I like you. Go get your license.” And two months later Sonja came back to us with her license all ready to sell real estate and whatnot. Well, Ernesto followed suit 3 months later and today we are now fully grateful to have Ernesto in our lives and helping us advance the cause of Team Realty Force at Top 5 Real Estate Group. We love Ernesto!
