The real estate market in Cherokee County North Carolina continues to hold steady. While prices are seeing an overall drop on average of 10 - 12% over a 12 month period, sales are steady.
During the month of June, Cherokee County North Carolina reported 29 sales in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Of those, 23 were Residential and 6 were Vacant Lot and/or Acreage sales. Cherokee County North Carolina sales represented slightly under 12% of the overall sales reported in the MLS for June.
The Residential sales had list prices ranging from $49,900 to $419,900. Corresponding sales prices ranged from $34,650 to $375,000. The largest segment, with 10 units sold, were those priced between $100,000 to $200,000.
The Land sales had list prices ranging from $6900 to $85,000. Corresponding sales prices ranged from $6000 to $68,000.
Foreclosures made up 31% of the total sales and we are pleased to say that five of the transactions were handled by Team Daves!
