It has already snowed twice in Park City so far this year, and the season is fast approaching!  If you're vacationing in Park City, or to any of the Ski Resorts in the area, Please contact me in advance of your trip!  I can probably help you obtain day passes, and coupon books at a much discounted rate from the regular "day pass" rate!  I have included links to all the resorts, and my personal tips about each one below!

If you're planning on buying a season pass to any of Utah's great resorts, read on for all you need to know!

Park City Area

Park City Resort: Featuring Jupiter Peak, I have to personally rate Park City Resort as #1 in Park City for steep terrain.  Adult full season pass is $1350, and a midweek is just $725.

Deer Valley Resort:  If Service is key for you and your family, Deer Valley Resort DEFINITELY wins!  This awesome resort is one of my personal favorites, and has been rated #1 in service for the past 5 seasons!  Deer Valley also features some awesome powder stashes that are local knowledge, and the best part is - you typically don't have to race and fight to get to it!  Adult full season pass is $1450, and a midweek is again, a great deal at $725

Canyons Resort: Adult full season pass is just $869 and midweek is $619.  It's by far the best bang for the buck in Park City, and the largest resort in Utah as well.  It features some gates for back country access that have become some of our Park City Locals' favorite spots

Little Cottonwood Canyon

Alta Ski Resort:   A full season pass to Alta is $1099, or you can buy an "AltaSnowbird" pass which is good to both resorts for $1499.  Alta also offers deals to college students ($499), medical residents ($699) or teenager 13 to 17 pass ($229)!  Alta has won a lot of awards for "best resort for powder" and still has that "small town quaint" feel.

Snowbird Resort:  Snowbird has been called "America's Premier Steep and Deep Ski and Snowboard Mountain" by Dean Murphy, a former (1976 to 2001) World Cup and Pro Tour Mogul Skiier.  A full season adult pass is $1149, and again, the AltaSnowbird pass is available for $1499.  Snowbird offers the midweek pass for $899, and a college pass for $669.

Brighton Resort: A full season pass to Brighton is only $929, and a mid-week is $585.  Brighton is the "dope" resort in Utah for Snowboarding, featuring some of the greatest terrain parks in the state.

Nordic Valley Area - Ogden Canyon

Powder Mountain Resort:   This is one of my personal favorites!  While it's a little ways from park city (about 1.5 hour drive) it's well worth it!  This resort is quaint, un-crowded, and features some of the best powder stashes in the state! A full season pass is only $680 if you purchase before October 31st!

Snowbasin Resort:  A full season pass is $1100, or a midweek is $850.  Snowbasin features Deer Valley style lodges, excellent food, and awesome terrain!

I heard that CO already had a few slopes open. I am jealous of all of you that live so close to mountains and snow.
