I am originally from Charleston, South Carolina. My father was an Army Colonel and retired in Denver, CO.

How long have you been in the Real Estate business and where did you get your start?

I have been in Colorado real estate for 32 years. I have practiced real estate in the Denver Metro area for the entire 32 years.

What are your long term goals in life and business?

My long term goal is to maintain good health and do everything I can to ensure my family is happy and secure. My business goal is not financial, but to vie each client exactly what they ask for and to never have them wonder what is going on with the transaction. I work to make sure they are peaceful and secure with knowing step by step what is expected and what will happen next on the way to closing.

Is there a particular area of Real Estate that you enjoy focusing on more than others?

My primary focus is first time home buyers in Colorado and move up sellers.

What is your favorite hobby outside of work?

My husband and I teach country dancing. It’s one of our hobbies as well as out soul mate. We enjoy our mountain home in Woodland Park, CO.

What is your craziest “Real Estate” related story?

Not considering the short sale and foreclosures stories, which are always crazy.

I hada buyer who was paying cash for the a property. He wanted a townhouse that was very secluded that no one could see from the street. I asked him where the money was coming from and he told me not to worry he would have it at closing. We closed on the house and he did have the money. Come to find out he was printing money in his basement, the cops did catch up to him and he is now is a smaller “townhome.
