I did this video ealier today.

New Real Estate Agent Tips:  Your First Customer Meeting

http://sellinginsite.com/videos/your-first-customer-meeting/

What do you do the first time you sit down with a Buyer?  With a Seller?

This video walks you through four easy steps.  It's not about scripts or canned presentations.  Ask questions and listen.  Build a relationship with your customer.

Very helpful and most likely will need to review it a few more times! I am new in the business but I know that listening will always speak more then words in many cases.

I remember the good days of CO, I use to live in Littleton.
