Yesterday, we were the acknowledged winning bidder for a HUD foreclosed home just outside of Carrollton, Kentucky. We will close on the property, assuming everything goes as expected around Thanksgiving. The house is about seven years old, in an adorably cute and prideful little subdivision and while our intentions are to do a superb remodel including new cabinets, we are open to offers immediately. We will provide a Home Warranty and can help a qualified buyer with financing. We will even remodel it according to the buyers color and appliance choices. When fully remodeled, we anticipate the homes value to be about $ 109,000 to $ 110,000, but of course, we will take far less right now.
