Whats With This Weather?

I dont know about the rest of you, but the weather has been so strange lately. The past week here in Westchester county, we have seen severe thunder storms drop several inches of rain and now were in the middle of a nasty heat wave. Really, the problem is not the heat, but the humidity. It hits you like a brick wall as soon as you walk out the door. While the thunderstorms brought flood work for my restoration company, the hot and humid temperatures are affecting my technicians from Bowerman Carpet Cleaning. Can you imagine having to STEAM clean in weather like this? Even I am getting worn down quicker in this weather. It's difficult to do any physical activity when it is so miserably hot out. But I must say how lucky I am, my employees from each company always give 100%. Hope you all stay cool out there.

Good morning Michael. I agree with you, the weather has been very tough. The good new: this too shall pass. Wishing you well.

Michael -- That's really tough for your technicians -- hot and muggy and then the steam on top of that. I do prefer this to what we had last winter, though. Much hotter weather coming up Thurs and Fri.  Be sure your techs drink a LOT of water.
