I’m not just a Realtor, I’m a Matchmaker! Wouldn’t you agree?

This business is as much about emotions as it is about numbers. I don’t just see myself as a Realtor who’s merely showing houses and is assisting you in spending a ton of money! I see myself as someone who is helping you find the perfect match to come home to. My ultimate goal is for you to fall in love, I am not just your Realtor I am your Matchmaker!

 

Our matchmaking business wouldn’t be a successful one if it weren’t for our many partners:

 

·        the stager brings out the best in each ‘prospect’

 ·      the loan officer determines if you are ready
         and sets the terms for your commitment

 ·        the inspector uncovers any flaws

 ·        the appraiser makes sure it’s worth it

 ·        and the settlement officer finalizes the union

Your wish-list is really a wanted-ad and our home-tours a compatibility test! I enjoy researching the prospects to find the best possible matches. I pay close attention to your first reaction and question you about your gut-feeling. I listen as you point out the pros and cons and then refine my search for you …

I’m taking you on as many blind-dates as it may take to find the perfect match and I just know when we have met the one:

 

It’s when I see you smile when you first glimpse the house, when the anticipation of what lies behind the door is written all over your face, when I notice you touching the trim, banister or counter-tops to get a feel, when I hear you talk about what color would suit it best, when you point out the one thing you’ve always wanted but never thought you could have, when you want to look around “just one more time” and when you leave the house with a if-only-I-could-move-right-in sigh!

 

I always strive to be the best matchmaker I can be. I cultivate relationships with my partners, I refine my skills and adapt to any changes … Because when you are ready to find your perfect match, I would be honored to be the one to help you find it! I can’t wait to see you fall in love!
