Best Year in Real Estate to date.

I don't know about other Realtors out there but this is my best year to date in the business.  The business is moving in a great professional manner.  I think the economy and slower market has weeded out the "Not so serious" agents out there.  Houses are going to be selling regardless of whats going on in the economy and the Realtors that are professional and knowledgeable of there markets are going to be the driving forces that people out there in the real world need to see. 

2011 has been great so far and will continue to be.... and as for 2012, I see nothing but another great year.  I hope everyone else out there is having a great year. 

The only way to predict the future is to create it.  Are you?

David, Thank you, and I plan on keeping this ball rolling big time. 

Praful, I did it slowly at first but hit the point where I decided that the successful big name agents in my area are no better than me and have no more time than me.  So I stepped up my marketing and contacts.

Collette,  Thanks... Luck happens when preparation meet opportunity.  I am fully prepared and aggressively searching opportunity.  2012 is going to be sooo great. I will be making my 5 calls today AND possibly door knocking expireds.  5 calls a day keeps the bill collectors away and vacations a steady part of my life.

Valerie, I look at it this way.  We live but once in life.  I do not want to wish my way through life.  GOD has blessed me to be in the real estate field.  We as agents are problem solvers.  Sellers have a problem-- they have a house they want/need to sell.  Buyers have a problem-- they want/need to buy a house at the current time.
Everybody can look back at the 20 year question.  "What would I have done differently 20 years ago?"  I do not want to look back and say "I wish I would have made more calls, talked to more people, closed more deals, or say the ultimate sin in regrets ---I would/could have but...." 
So the time is NOW for you, me and everyone else out there to be the super star we wish/want to be.

EXCUSES ARE THE EASY WAY OUT....FOR THE WEAK.   I AM NOT WEAK AND I WILL NOT BECOME WEAK.
