Longwood Gardens Flowers and Prince George's County Real Estate 8/5/11

There are 4,274 active listings of homes for sale in Prince George's County MD.  524 (12%) of the homes for sale are lender owned foreclosures.  1,623 (38%) are short sale pre-foreclosures.  50% of the available properties are lender owned foreclosures or short sale pre-foreclosures.

Prince George's County MD Real Estate Market Statistics:  During June, there were 783 closed sales, down 20.43% from last year.   The average sold price was $187,381, down 7.97% from last year, with an average of 99 days on the market.  The median price was $169,000, down 9.75% from last year.  Homes were selling for an average of 89.56% of the average original list price. The July statistics will be available on August 10th.

Get the forclosures down and the economy will recover. Problem is there is too many homeowners just "walking away" from the mortgages.

BTW... I like you saying...  if you need an attitude adjustment or you just need to get away from business... go to Longwoods Gardens.  Great plug or Longwoods Gardens... I can't think of a better place to get away to... especially when they have so many gorgeous plant life to look at!
