We just want to look was a comment I got from some walkins a few weeks back. They had in their hands a couple flyers from a couple different repo's that we had listed. I asked about their finances, Cash or Loan and proof of funds letter. They didn't have one. "We just want to look" Why?
In Oregon the first page of the sales contract ask wheres the money? They wanted to know why the bank with repos would want to know? Simple they have alreadt been burned by someone that couldn't pay. When you get your letter, get back to me. But we just want to look. Good Buy!
