Hibernia Plantation is located on the east South East side of Fleming Island on the south end of Pine Ave. Hibernia Plantation is a great neighborhood if you are looking for a home and not wanting to pay an annual CDD fees like Eagle Harbor and Fleming Island. There are large oak trees throughout the neighborhood that give plenty of shade. There are nature trail that lead to 2 community docks that lead out to the St. Johns River.
