Very excited to get listing in North Port Florida. The listing agreement had to be signed by 5 people so it took a bit to get back to me. When I got it I quickly went to the house to take photos and prepare to post in the MLS. When I got there the front entry was guarded by spiders as big as my hand. They had spun a web in front of the entrance. I felt if I touched the web I would have been attacked. There were 5 of these just above the front door all as big as my hand. I did get inside and just maneuvered around the web very careful not to touch it and I took my photos and ran. I have to admit I felt like a few of them came home with me but it was my imagination running away with me.
This is not a first good impression whatsoever. It is tough enough in todays real estate market to get qualified buyers to come preview your home for sale. Things like this need to be taken care of or you won't be able to sell your home. This is an estate sale and no one is living in the house so the beneficiaries will be cleaning this up quickly or I am afraid we won't be able to get any potential buyers in the house.
If you know what kind of spider this is please let me know!
