The 675 townhousesare conveniently located just off New Braddock Rd, near Routes 28, 29 and 66. Major shopping options are only 1.5 miles away.
There are four major town house variations in Singletons Grove: Traditional colonial style with no garage, the same with garage in the back and a third version with a garage in the front.
The are also 2 level back-to-back homes in groups of 4. I call them quads.
