Cottonwood and Palo Verde residents feel that they are at a crossroads. There is a proposal up for vote to remodel the dated Clubhouse facilities, which are 20 to 30 years old. The renovations are estimated at over $5.4 million dollars, with a per household cost of $1,438.
A Special Assessment will be required of all residents and there are 5 different interest free options for payment.
- Lump sum payment of $1,428
- 7 semi-annual payments of $204
- 12 quarterly payments of $119 (by direct debit only)
- 33 monthly payments of $43.27 (by direct debit only)
- Hardship payments may be available for qualified applicants
