In May of this year I found Active Rain and found an amazing community of Real Estate Professionals at many different levels. Often I would read about sharing this community with others. I understood the idea of sharing AR with those in the Real Estate Profession but not other Mortgage Lenders in my area. I didn't want them to know how powerful blogging on AR could be. I didn't want them to gain Google rankings higher than mine. I have had many clients new and old find me when searching the Internet for various things. Google juice is weird that way. I know the power of Google juice.
One day last week, a co worker called me and asked how I was able to be number 1-3 and 5 on a Google search he had done. I had to fess up, I have been spotted. Apparently, he was doing a search for mortgage lender in Lombard, and there I was. He was actually looking to see where he was in the rankings with his own personal web site. He wasn't on the first page and he pays for his web site. So I am now sharing the wealth. They say give and you shall receive.
In any case, I would like you to please give Keith Hoffman a very warm AR Welcome.
