For Sale by Owner? or Sell my House MR. Realtor.... Did you know that the FOUNDER of ForSalebyOwner actually Hired a Realtor to sell his home?  This is what was reported from the Wall Street Journal, as it is reported  Colby Sambrotto (founder and former CEO) spent six month trying to sell his condo in New York, and was not able to sell the home.  Colby hired a Realtor to list the home and then paid the Realtor 6%commission to get the job done.  His personal Experience with ForSalebyOwner did not help him in moving his home.  
My Question to you: is If the founder and creator of the Biggest For sale by Owner assistance (Limited Listing Services) was not able to market the property the right way and get the home sold, and he was in business for 6 years and its was his JOB! So my question to you is What could you do Differently?
