Are You Ready to Purchase a Cape Coral Short Sale?

With an influx of Short Sale properties entering the market throughout Lee County, foreclosures are on the rise throughout Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres there are plenty of properties available for purchase... but are you as the consumer prepared to buy such a property.

The first step is to not only be pre-qualified which is a quick look at your credit score, your income, and your debts, but I would highly recommend a pre-approval and loan commitment from your lender prior to even starting to look at a property whether it's a short sale or not.  This means you have already gone through underwriting with your loan file and the only conditions left to clear on your loan file would be the review of your appraisal.
