Susan, sounds like a great house, and the annual dues for the clubhouse and pool seem to be very reasonable to me.

It looks like you all have a bit higher prices than we do around Charlotte/Lake Norman. Also, we have almost no new construction under 3000sf. So, we have plenty of inventory in the $400,000s but they are quite a bit larger. I think your builders are focused on a good product. Good luck!

Diane - I hope I can sell this one fast. I have advertised it everywhere. Time will tell on it. Yes, i believe the price is in the right price range. The RTP has put our prices on the up side but not to up that we cannot sell.
