Truisms Can Be Trite, But Some Are Funny
Truisms can be trite, but some are funny. This is especially true in military-speak. In military jargon take the obvious and sometimes make it funny. If you have 
spent any time in the military, you may have heard some of these.
"If the enemy is in range, so are you."
