Do not delay with the paperwork cause if YOU think something is a good deal or your dream home not just an ok home to buy or rent or even invest in, OTHERS are probably thinking the same thing, they just haven't found it yet. Multiple offers do happen in down markets for the goody ones. Get cracking with that paperwork, offers and signatures.
