Paradise East is an area of Northwest Albuquerque that goes from Coors Blvd west to Unser Blvd, and from Paseo Del Norte north to the border with Rio Rancho.
Paradise East Includes the nieghborhoods Paradise Hills, Congress Heights, Knolls of Paradise, Piedras Marcadas, Richland hills, Stonebridge, Tuscany and others.
THe graph below shows a 13 month history of home for sale, homes sold and pending sales.
Inventory is down considerably from this time last year. Home sales have held relatively steady for the last four or five months, as have pending sales.
