My pick of the day is due to location, south of City Park in Fort Collins, and on a dead end road.  The price is a bit higher than I would like to see.  For a foreclosed property, it comes with a dishwasher and an oven, which is nice.   It is located at 1521 Westview Ave., Ft Collins 80521 for $204,900.  MLS# 665424.  See more details at the link below:
