Cookies Can Pay It Forward

This week was easy to Pay It Forward, with a combination of smiles and cookies! The Tim Horton's coffee chain is back in action from Sept. 19 til the 25th with their supply of Smiley Cookies for $1.00 donating the entire proceeds to local charities.

Sounded like a great idea to us, so we stopped by a Tim Horton's and bought a box of cookies (100% of the proceeds donated to charity) and then we gave the cookies away! Of course one of them found their way into our own tummies!

This was a triple play Pay It Forward....a donation to charity, smiles from those that were given the cookies and our own happy taste buds!

It was worth every calorie Donna LOL!! This is a great promotion by Tim Horton's with 100% proceeds donated! Have to admit the cookies were Awesome!!

The cookies were very enjoyable the calories ....well not so much! We thought sugar for a good cause was non-fattening!!!!

Yesterday, I dropped into the Timmies on the west end of Alliston on my way to an appointment in Everett and bought a sandwich and a drink, and paid for ten cookies to be distributed to people who came in after me.

I must have learned this from you...
