Sounded like a great idea to us, so we stopped by a Tim Horton's and bought a box of cookies (100% of the proceeds donated to charity) and then we gave the cookies away! Of course one of them found their way into our own tummies!

It was worth every calorie Donna LOL!! This is a great promotion by Tim Horton's with 100% proceeds donated! Have to admit the cookies were Awesome!!
The cookies were very enjoyable the calories ....well not so much! We thought sugar for a good cause was non-fattening!!!!
A win for everyone, including the local charities. Good way to pay it forward Al/Peggy.
One of those unwritten rules Al and Peggy, is that calories for a good cause don't count. Or maybe it was Confucius that said it. Either way your good.

Yesterday, I dropped into the Timmies on the west end of Alliston on my way to an appointment in Everett and bought a sandwich and a drink, and paid for ten cookies to be distributed to people who came in after me.
I must have learned this from you...
