If you read the article, you will see that the article has different information than the Headline. The article also speaks about the local Real Estate Market actuallybeing much stronger in sales than those Nationally.

Jackie: Sometimes it really makes you wonder just what the author of these negative articles was thinking. It's just one small part of the pervasive negative mentality the mass media seems to have about our current economy in general, and the real estate market in particular.
