Letting go isn't easy.
The fear of the unknown or the dreaded what If's could be crippling sometimes.
If I let go of this I won't have that or I won't be able to do this.
Maybe a good question to counteract the fear is; what you’re currently doing is it contributing to your ultimate dream?
If your answer is no, letting go could make room to achieve your ultimate goal.
In fall the leaves changes color and there is a calm wind to remind us the weather is about to change.
Because changes are led by actions, what changes will you do today not tomorrow to let go of bad habits?
