Even though the graph seems to indicate that statistics are better in September than they were in January, the one statistic that really tells the story is the absorption rate which has increased. In January the absorption rate based on closed sales was 10.8 and in September it is 14.9. The absorption rate based on pended sales went from 15.8 in January to 16.8 in September.
