Vail Valley Medical Center Volunteer Corps Recruiting New Volunteers
I am a volunteer with the Vail Valley Medical Center Volunteer Corps, and it has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. About 1 ½ years ago I attended a fashion show that the Volunteer Corps puts on every year for a fundraiser. I was so blown away by what a production the show was, and by all the enthusiastic volunteers who made the event happen that I decided right then and there that I had to be a part of this organization.
Though I do work full time, the Volunteer Corps has found a place for me and I love the behind-the-scenes work I am able to do for them. This year we have a goal to recruit 52 new volunteers, and as a part of that effort we are being featured on our local morning news program. I was so excited to share my enthusiasm for the Volunteer Corps this morning. Enjoy the video!
