The month of October for me was filled with open houses every weekend and I have been surprised at how many people are out and about shopping for a home. I have had upwards of twenty five people on any given Sunday and yes...not everyone is window shopping! The rates are still great and loans are easily available as long as your credit report isn't a train wreck! So if you're considering buying a home, please don't hesitate to call me.
