So, it seems that as more and more dollars get allocated from American's take home pay to their lottery ticket purchase or casino 'visit', that maybe those people are on to something.
Why not turn the housing recovery into a game of squares...you know, just like those people who run around the office and try to get everyone to pay $10 or $20 or even $100 for the opportunity to pick one square that indicates the last digits for both teams at predetermined times.
Maybe, just maybe, if the federal government turns the housing recovery into a small gamble for many, instead of a large gamble for a few, that this thing might just happen sooner than later.

I'll buy the square that ends in 2012 and April.
but I may want to buy another one....who knows.
