Good Vidoe and great info as well.

I am the most educated inspector here in my area. The problem is the Realtors are stuck in a "niche" and are clanish to say the least.

Have a great day.

Best, Clint McKie

I think real estate agents, brokers, REALTORS with videos in cars, in front of green and blue screens back lit sound stages is not what the buyer wants on his / her limited time. Move away from the blinking red light, hand the mic to the to sound from the natural setting of where the property is. To engage, connect with the real estate buyer, it is the property listings, the area you are in that they are after, want to dine on. Not seeing the talking head that acts so Stephen King Pet Cemetery like when the bright harsh lights come on, a boom mic hovers overhead the sound stage with camera crane and grips. Push the property, the area and pull way way back on the agent, broker, REALTOR in your face approach. The buyer will find someone who delivers if you can not. They are hungry for property, area information.
